With more than 25 years of experience in education, Mr. Ogden brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and a passion for helping students grow academically, socially, and spiritually. During his career with Edwardsville Community Unit School District #7, he taught kindergarten, third grade, fourth grade, and middle school students, with experience in mathematics, science, social studies, reading, writing, art, and career exploration.
Mr. Ogden is known for creating engaging, student-centered classrooms where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential. Beyond teaching, he has mentored new educators, helped develop middle school curriculum, contributed to school improvement initiatives, and played an important role in implementing social-emotional learning programs.
We are thrilled to have someone with Mr. Ogden’s experience, dedication, and heart for students joining the Zion family. His commitment to building meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues will be a tremendous blessing to our school community.
Please join us in giving Mr. Ogden a warm Zion welcome! We look forward to the positive impact he will have on our 7th and 8th grade students and are excited for all that God has in store for this new school year.
